Overview

ExpressRyders connects people and businesses with reliable riders to move packages across the city, by bicycle, motorcycle, car, van or truck. We designed the logo and identity, built the website, and designed two apps: one for customers sending packages and one for the riders who deliver them.

The identity

An R that doubles as a forward arrow, with speed lines trailing behind it, in pink and sky blue, paired with the line "...you order, we deliver!". The pink-to-blue gradient carries the brand onto delivery boxes, where it tells customers to order through the app.

Brand in use

Rider caps and T-shirts in white and in the full gradient, with the speed lines running across the hem.

The customer app

Customers book a pickup now or schedule it for later, follow the package in transit with the rider on the map, pay from a wallet or by card, and rate each delivery.

The rider app

Riders register with their vehicle type, from keke and motorcycle to car and truck, then track earnings, withdraw to their bank, review past orders and chat with support.

The website

The website explains how a delivery works, the five delivery modes, and the three ways to join: send a package, become a rider or register a store, with links to download the app.

“Cavil Consult handled the project like their own; from the logo design decision to app creation, their dedicated designer was always available, even at odd hours, for my calls. Especially as a lady with no idea about app development, they explained everything in a way I could understand.”
